HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE FOR YOUR MAGNETIC & STRIP LASHES

To maintain your Magnetic & Strip Lashes and extend the life of them you need to learn how to take care of them properly.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LASHES

Items you will need:

  • eyelash cleanser or eye makeup remover
  • alcohol wipes
  • cotton pads
  • cotton tips
  • paper towel

Step 1. Wash your Hands

Before you start to clean your lashes, you need wash your hands with soap (preferably anti-bacterial) and warm water for a minimum of 30 seconds. This is extremely important as you don’t want to transfer any unwanted bacteria from your hands to the lashes; this could result in an eye infection.

Step 2. Cleanse the Lashes

First, we need to clean the lashes to remove any remaining makeup and Magnetic Eyeliner residue that may be left on the lashes.

To do this, you will need cotton pads or cotton tips and eye makeup remover. Cover the cotton pad or cotton tips with eyelash cleanser/eye make-up remover. Then, gently rub the soaked cotton pad or cotton tips against the magnetic lashes. Continue this step until all of the makeup and Magnetic Eyeliner has been removed; you may need to replace your cotton pad or tip with clean ones as you go. Continue gently rubbing the lashes until the cotton pad or cotton tips are completely clean.

Step 3. Cleanse the Magnets

Once the Lashes are clean you need to clean the magnets attached to the Lashes. To do this, use a cotton tip and your eye makeup remover. Gently rub the cotton tip over the magnets making sure you remove all of the Magnetic Eyeliner from the magnets, continue this step until all of the Magnetic Eyeliner has been removed. Then, using an alcohol wipe, gently go over the magnets to ensure the magnets are completely clean, this will ensure they remain effective for their next use.

Step 4. Dry the Lashes

Don’t put them away until they are completely dry. Place your Lashes on a clean towel and leave them to air dry. Once they are completely dry place your Magnetic Lashes safely back into their box ready for their next use.
